Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor in Austin, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of 5–15 technicians on the C shift, ensuring smooth production flow, speed, and quality. You will supervise, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with other departments.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 2+ years in production control or lean manufacturing, and prior supervisory experience. On-site full-time with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 2-year minimum experience in inventory analysis, production control, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, six sigma, or project management.
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred.
• 5 years prior management/supervisory experience preferred.

Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
