Position: Production Supervisor – Manufacturing

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $55–$70/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Approximately 6 weeks

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week, fully remote and asynchronous

Role Responsibilities

• Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world production supervision based on your professional experience
• Create realistic situations incorporating team leadership, workflow coordination, quality control, and safety compliance
• Develop scenarios handling scheduling, training, performance management, and production troubleshooting
• Review and evaluate AI responses to manufacturing supervision queries for accuracy and adherence to industry standards
• Provide detailed feedback on production management scenarios to improve AI training and model effectiveness

Ideal Qualifications

• Strong experience as a first-line supervisor managing production or operations teams in manufacturing
• Proven leadership with recognized professional achievements and management responsibilities
• Proficient in computers and diverse software systems relevant to manufacturing operations
