Job summary

Electrolux Home Products, Inc. is hiring for a Regional Distribution Center operations leader based in Lancaster, TX. You will direct day-to-day RDC activities, delivering on-time order fulfillment while aligning with inventory and service objectives.

Lead cross-functional teams, drive cost reductions, and implement process improvements. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of driving performance across warehousing functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain or a related field.
• Proven people leadership skills with a strong track record of team building, coaching, and motivating high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success in reducing costs, improving processes, leading change initiatives, and continuously improving operations.
• Strong knowledge of MO - Excell, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS), including load planning, routing, and shipment optimization while balancing service and cost objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end distribution center operations, ensuring on-time fulfillment of emergency, rush, and routine customer orders while meeting inventory and service objectives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Inventory Control, Supply Planning, Sales, Fulfillment, and HR to optimize inventory flow and customer service outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing KPIs and operational metrics to enhance processes, reduce costs, and improve performance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and adherence to operational standards and procedures.
• Ensure effective workforce management, including timekeeping accuracy, performance management, and successful execution during peak order volume periods.

All about the role:

This position will have responsibility for the overall management of the day-to-day operations of the Regional Distribution Center.
