Shaw Industries in Cartersville, GA is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a manufacturing team in producing carpet tile.

You will drive safety, quality and team development while coordinating with plant management, HR and line staff to achieve continuous improvement.

The role requires leadership experience and a 4-year degree or high school diploma/GED, with a focus on building an accident-free, efficient operation.

Position Overview

Shaw Industries is looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to support a 2nd shift manufacturing process for a success facility in Cartersville, GA.

This position will manage a 2nd shift Team as they strive to produce quality carpet tile in an accident free environment. This will be accomplished through a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and team development.
