Your Role on Our Team:

The Supervisor is responsible for one or more areas of distribution, knowing and implementing all policies and procedures, mentoring and developing staff, and ensuring compliance. This position contributes to team efforts by participating in continuous improvement projects as required.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

Empowered Leader:

• Leads a team to effectively manage daily operations of facilities and programs in an assigned area.
• Solicits feedback from Team Leads and Associate Supervisors, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, promotion, and termination processes as needed.
• Works with the manager to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Sets schedules according to workload.
• Serves as a back-up in the absence of the Manager.

Candid:

• Fosters high morale among associates through feedback, recognition, and rewards.
• Conducts or delegates shift start-up meetings, communicating culture, safety, production, and HR updates.
• Leads performance reviews and enters ratings in Workday.

Speed, Agility, Urgency:

• Provides timely communication for team leads and associates.
• Creates shift schedules and serves as back-up for the Manager.
• Final payroll approval in Kronos.

Always Improving:

• Identifies measures to improve warehouse processes without additional costs.
• Develops employees to meet warehouse standards and regulations.
• Identifies and grows future team leaders.
• Provides ongoing feedback and leads performance evaluations.

Obsessed:

• Establishes operational strategies for goal achievement.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Drives safety culture and enforces compliance.
