Your Role on Our Team
The Supervisor manages one or more distribution areas, implements policies, mentors staff, and participates in continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations and manage team performance.
• Recruit, hire, promote, and terminate staff as needed.
• Coordinate staffing levels and schedules.
• Serve as backup for the Manager.
