The role reports to the Plant Superintendent and emphasizes coaching, training, and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in high-speed manufacturing with supervisory experience, plus a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED required.
• 5–7 years in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• At least three years of proven supervisory experience.
• Rotating 4 on, 4 off schedule: 5pm–5am; overtime possible.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise equipment and workforce to optimize safety, quality, productivity, spoilage and engagement.
• Communicate changes in production schedules and equipment across shifts.
• Identify issues, discuss solutions, and implement fixes on machinery.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain production documentation and time/attendance records.
