• Follow established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained

• Monitor and manage daily day shift operations of multiple work areas

• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S concepts

• Able to lead improvement in manufacturing areas. Knowledge of and experience with lean tools including one-piece flow, value stream maps, red tag, visual pull kanban

Working Conditions

Oversee daily operations within a Class 10,000 cleanroom environment, ensuring Technicians and Assemblers adhere strictly to gowning protocols, contamination control procedures, laser safety, and general safety regulations while maintaining high production quality standards.

Monitors and manages workforce activities in a controlled environment that requires extended periods of standing, attention to detail, and the use of specialized equipment, while maintaining compliance with environmental and ergonomic guidelines.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 10-20 lbs. occasionally throughout the day

• Standing for multiple hours per day

• Sitting at workstation for multiple hours per day
