Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and manage production personnel on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will drive daily production targets, maintain quality standards, and uphold operational safety policies.

Pay: $34-$46/hr

5am start - 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Supervise production personnel on the shop floor.
• Drive daily production targets and quality standards.
• Implement and uphold operational safety policies, 5S practices, and company procedures.

Work Environment

The position is located in a very clean, large manufacturing facility with multiple machines running. It offers a comfortable environment, not too industrial. Work hours start at 5 am, and you may be required to work 50-60 hour weeks if needed.

The pay range for this position is $68000.00 - $88000.00/yr.
