Manufacturing Supervisor (2nd and 3rd shift)

Main duties of the Manufacturing Supervisor include:
  • Leading and setting an example for a team of production associates
  • Ensuring safety and quality goals are met
  • Driving profitability and plant success through KPI and metric analysis
  • Conducting weekly meetings to communicate changes, results, and improvements
  • Collaborating with the plant EH&S Manager, Quality Manager, and Shipping/Receiving Manager to meet objectives
  • Applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause analysis to drive improvements and reduce incidents
  • Assisting with plant budgeting and capital projects
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing leadership
  • Strong safety and quality background
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Production Supervisor
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
