Job summary

NextPlay Jobs partners with a growing precision manufacturing organization investing in a brand-new facility and seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to guide the next phase of growth on the shop floor.

You will lead daily CNC machining operations, coach a team of Team Leads and 80+ production employees, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations to improve production flow and on-time delivery while championing Lean, safety, and operational excellence during this

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams in a CNC machining environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Swiss machining and/or CNC milling.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to solve problems and drive results.

I'm partnering with a growing precision manufacturing organization that's investing in a brand-new facility and looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to help lead the next phase of its growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily shop floor operations in a high-precision CNC machining environment.
• Coach and develop a team of Team Leads while supporting approximately 80+ production employees.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations to improve production flow and drive on-time delivery.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.
• Play a key role as the company transitions into its new manufacturing facility.

What They’re Looking For

• Experience leading manufacturing teams in a CNC machining environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Swiss machining and/or CNC milling.
• Someone who has worked their way up from machining, programming, or manufacturing engineering into leadership.
• Hands-on leadership style with the confidence to solve problems, challenge processes, and drive results.
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred.
