Job summary

ABB is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for its Bartlesville, OK facility, leading gas chromatography product lines onsite. You will coach a team, manage staffing, schedules, quality and productivity, and drive safety and continuous improvement.

You will partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Maintenance to meet plant goals, using Lean tools and KPI data to improve cost, delivery and performance while building a culture of accountability and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of manufacturing employees, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee daily production activities, including staffing, workflow, schedules, quality, and productivity, to meet business and customer requirements.
