MorganFranklin Consulting LLC in Dallas is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Transformation (Manufacturing) to lead client engagements that drive operational and financial improvements. You will guide Fortune 100 and mid-market manufacturers through large-scale transformations and help implement finance and process optimization initiatives.

Leads client workshops, develops roadmaps, mentors project teams, and plays a key role in business development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience supporting manufacturing clients.
• Experience implementing, upgrading, and supporting Epicor and/or Infor.
• Experience training and supporting end users.
• Proven track record leading major transformations.
• Finance Transformation experience (Close/Consolidation, FP&A, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Treasury).
• Business Transformation and process optimization (BPR, Six Sigma/Lean) and RPA.
• PMO leadership in Scrum/Scaled Agile environments.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and gather requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Participate in business development across stages and proposals.
• Build meaningful client relationships across all levels.
• Contribute to industry perspectives on market trends.
