Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in business, marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, English, science, engineering.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in related positions.
• Experience leading complex projects in science/technology environments.
• Ability to respond to urgent requests under deadlines with sound judgment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage internal processes and operating frameworks to improve program effectiveness.
• Coordinate strategies and responses for DOE requests and sponsor priorities.
• Lead preparation for high-level reviews and prepare executive materials.
• Engage with AMMTO leadership as a MDF management team member.
• Plan and execute MDF-hosted workshops, events, and industry surveys.
