Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Manufacturing Efficiency Technician for the stockroom in San Luis Obispo, CA. The role supports inventory accuracy, materials organization, and production flow on a 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm).

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, familiarity with MRP systems (SAP preferred), and solid organizational skills. Requires lifting up to 40 lbs and proficiency with MS Office.

Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Efficiency Tech (Stockroom) to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Efficiency Technician Stockroom

Location: San Luis Obispo, CA

Pay Range: $23-25/hr + 10% shift differential for 2nd shift.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm

What's the Job?

• Verify inventory levels and production materials before shifts begin

• Support work order processing and production flow

• Must have strong skills in maintaining accurate inventory and data entry records using MRP systems, SAP experience preferred

• Organize materials, assembly kits, and documentation

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

• Work closely with production and operations teams
