You will prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, assist with month-end and year-end close, analyze variances, and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. A BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and 2+ years in manufacturing are required, with ERP and Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analyze financial data and investigate account variances.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting schedules.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Assist with inventory accounting and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Participate in audits and provide requested documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with operations and other departments to support business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.
