Acara Solutions is seeking a Specialist I Manufacturing - Cooler Assembly for on-site work in Dallas, TX. The role is contract-to-perm in Defense and Aerospace, paying $22.00 per hour.

First shift (6:00am-3:30pm) with every other Friday off for about 6 months, with potential transition to second shift or weekend shifts. The position involves hands-on electro-mechanical assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of advanced electronic systems, following detailed drawings and specifications.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of soldering experience.
• Minimum 2 years of electrical-mechanical assembly experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with small-scale / precision tools.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced electro-mechanical assembly, including prep, mechanical builds, harnesses, cables, PCB sub-assemblies, spray application, and inspection in a production environment.
• Execute precision assembly, rework, and testing on complex electronic systems with small-scale components.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, process flow instructions, wiring diagrams, and engineering specifications to ensure accurate builds.
• Perform soldering and component installation to contract specifications using a wide range of tools and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, test, and support prototype and production units to ensure performance, quality, and reliability.
• Work with precision tools, wiring, chemicals, and epoxy while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards.
