Job summary

Aleron is seeking an Electronics Assembly Technician in Londonderry, NH to support electronic and electro-mechanical assembly in a structured production environment. In this entry-level role, you will work with technical drawings, specifications, and procedures to assemble components, perform wiring and soldering, and ensure finished units meet quality standards.

The position offers a 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:00pm-1am), temp for 12 months, with compensation of $21-$22 per hour plus a 10% shift

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of electronics assembly experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions from screens and schematics/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and perform wiring and hand soldering per specifications.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Set up and adjust assembly tools to meet tolerances and specifications.
• Follow production processes, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors, escalating issues when needed.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in electronics assembly

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check
• Ability to lift 5-10 lbs, routinely
