Job summary

Technimark LLC is seeking a detail-oriented production operator to ensure productivity and quality within the assigned work area. You will follow safety policies, inspect parts, and document results while supporting lab and production tasks.

Responsibilities include labeling, data entry into IQ, line clearances, and assisting in training new staff. You will also report nonconforming product and maintain accurate defect tracking to help the team meet goals.

Qualifications

• Experience following safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to examine parts for visual and dimensional quality.

• Capable of maintaining accurate production/defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for productivity and quality of assigned work area.
• Maintain safe work environment and adhere to safety policies including LOTO.
• Report unsafe situations to Shift Supervisor.
• Inspect parts for conformance to quality criteria per control plan.
• Package and label parts as specified in the Control Plan.
• Pull dimensional shots for the lab per control plan.
• Pull start up shots and enter data into IQ.
• Make labels and pallet sheets per skid and scan into IQ.
• Perform line clears as required per production schedule.
• Complete communication log.
• Assist in training new employees as needed.
• Document and report nonconforming product to Shift Supervisor.
• Enter NMR data and downtime into IQ per reject.
• Document in-process inspection results.
• Maintain accurate Production/Defect Tracking at required intervals.
• Document readouts from auxiliary equipment.
• Document downtime and its related cause.
• Document and report production quantity to Shift Supervisor.
• Assist co-workers as necessary.
• Restart post-mold closing machines, unclear jams.
• Assist Quality Specialist in lab as needed.

· Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety policies and requirements including LOTO
