CORT Party Rental in Everett, WA is seeking a Production Specialist for its Tent Manufacturing Department. The role focuses on creating and producing standard and custom vinyl tenting components, reporting to the Production Lead, with pay ranging from $21–$25 per hour based on experience.

The position is typically Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm, with occasional weekends and overtime as needed. The role offers paid training, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Highly physical; lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Stand for eight hours in a day.
• Must pass background checks and drug screens; E-Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on damaged vinyl rental inventory to OEM standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace; ensure proper storage and labeling.
• Identify and inventory commonly used raw materials and assist with inventories.
• Perform basic scheduled maintenance on equipment in the manufacturing area.
• Support Transportation team with project installations for custom projects.
• Operate RF welding machine, grommet setter, web cutter, cutting tools, and powered hand tools safely.

CORT Party Rental is hiring for Production Specialists!

The Production Specialist in the Tent Manufacturing Department plays an instrumental role in maintaining the competitive advantage of CORT Party Rental. Reporting to the Production Lead, this skilled position assists in the creation and production of both standard and custom vinyl tenting components.

Pay: 21-25 / hour depending on experience

Schedule: Schedule is typically Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with the occasional weekends and overtime as business requires.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on damaged rental inventory vinyl to return to acceptable OEM standards.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all incoming and outgoing product is stored and labeled properly.
• Identify and inventory commonly used raw materials and complete or aid in completing regular inventories.
• Performs basic scheduled maintenance on equipment in manufacturing area based on maintenance schedule.
• Supports the Transportation team with project installations as required in regard to custom projects.
• Ability to operate the following safely and effectively: RF welding machine (Kabar), Automatic grommet setter, Automatic Web Cutter, Straight and Round Knife Electric Stack Cutting Tools (Eastman), Powered hand tools (drills, battery operated hot knife), Single needle, double needle, and Automatic Pattern Sewer
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• This is a highly physical position; ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occassionally.
• Ability to stand up to eight hours in an eight-hour workday.
• Must pass background checks and drug screens as a condition of employment. CORT also participates in the E-Verify program.
