Job summary

CORT Party Rental is hiring for an Event Installer/Driver in Everett, WA. You will load, unload, and install event rental equipment at venues such as hotels and wineries. This is a fast-paced, physically active role with driving responsibilities using box trucks or sprinter vans.

You must be 20+, possess a WA driver’s license with a clean record, and pass drug screening and MVR checks. E-Verify participation is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• Valid WA state driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must pass drug screening and MVR checks as a condition of employment.
• Per FMSCA Regulations: Drivers must read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway signs and signals, and make entries on reports and records.
• Pursuant to the Fair Chance Hiring Ordinance for participating locations, CORT will consider all qualified applicants to include those with criminal history records.

Responsibilities

• Visit multiple event sites to drop off, stage, or install event rental equipment including tenting, flooring, staging, pipe and drape, and more.
• Serve as the main point of contact for the customer at events sites; providing excellent customer service.
• Count returning inventory from client orders and complete appropriate paperwork.
• Safely transport products between warehouse and event sites using 17-26 foot box trucks or sprinter vans.
• Other duties as assigned.

CORT Party Rental is hiringfor Event Installer/Drivers!

Our Event Installer/Drivers are responsible for loading, unloading and installing our party rental equipment at various venues such as hotels, wineries and wedding venues.

You would be a great fit if:

Pay: 22-24 / hour depending on experience

Schedule: Schedule will vary from 40-60hours per week with overtime and double-time pay opportunities. Flexibility to work weekendsand some nightsisrequired.

Qualifications

• Bonus if you have previous truck driving experience, but notrequired
• Physically able and willing to move furniture or equipment indoors, outdoors, up or down stairs and in all weather conditions; ability to lift 100+ pounds with a partner
• Per FMSCA Regulations: Drivers must read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
• Must pass drug screening and MVR checks as a condition of employment. CORT also participates in the E-Verify program.
