Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-quality software for web, desktop and automation support.
• Manage and monitor network equipment and access for the Ava plant with Corporate IT.
• Administer AD accounts and permissions for the Ava facility.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations and related software; troubleshoot IT issues.
• Troubleshoot CNC hardware/software and related systems as directed.
• Process end-user access requests via IT ticketing system.
