Responsibilities

• Manage network permissions and accounts for the Ava Plant using Active Directory tools.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations and related peripherals; apply OS and software upgrades; diagnose network issues as directed by IT.
• Troubleshoot, backup and install CNC computer hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve basic to moderately complex IT and software issues via the ticketing system.
• Submit end user access requests through the corporate IT ticketing system based on role-based access.
