Job summary

Rehlko Company in Sheboygan, WI is seeking motivated manufacturing workers to join our second and third shift teams. You will operate tools and equipment across fabrication, welding, painting, assembly, or material handling, reading work instructions, and ensuring quality at each stage. Training will be on first shift 6:30am to 2:42pm.

• Prior manufacturing experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication, welding, painting, assembly, or material handling tools.
• Read work instructions and blueprints to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect for defects and perform quality checks at each stage.
• Move materials safely using forklifts where applicable.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
