Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering continuous improvement and skill development.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs and preventative measures.
