Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years experience in shift supervision in manufacturing.
• Experience leading frontline teams and coordinating with HR/plant leadership.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and safety leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line teams to operate molding, pulping and printing equipment safely.
• Ensure a safe, diverse and productive workplace together with HR & operations leaders.
• Coach, mentor and develop crew; drive training and growth under a We Grow People approach.
• Partner with plant leadership to hire, train and staff shifts as operations scale.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and cost efficiencies.
