Job summary

Whitmore Manufacturing is seeking a Shift Lead for the Rockwall, Texas facility to supervise daily production operations in Filling, Pre-Batching, and Compounding. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating priorities with the Shift Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• Previous leadership, team lead, or training experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a manufacturing setting and adapt to changing production demands.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tasks and direct employees in Filling, Pre-Batching, and Compounding.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity while achieving shift goals.
• Coordinate with Shift Supervisor to prioritize production activities.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Monitor materials and equipment usage, reporting issues promptly.
• Support training and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment.
