Job summary

Brentwood Industries, Inc. is seeking a Set Up Technician for our Martinsburg, WV facility. The role involves setting up work centers, assisting operators, and performing general floor work to meet production needs.

Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and specs, monitoring capabilities, diagnosing malfunctions, and coordinating with supervisors. Requires 1-2 years of related experience; Tow Motor cert preferred; strong computer literacy and ERP system use expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to carry out detailed instructions.
• Tow Motor certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up all work centers within the department per procedures and adjust to meet specs.
• Interpret blueprints, customer specs and job orders.
• Monitor work center capabilities and suggest production improvements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot tooling, machine and processing malfunctions.
• Carry out supervisor directions to coordinate activities across centers.
• Perform housekeeping and maintenance and complete related paperwork.
• Assist operators during breaks and with material movement.
• Navigate Syteline and Brentwood intranet for production paperwork.
• Adhere to Quality Management & Environmental Management Systems.
