Job summary

GEA Group in the United States seeks a Scheduler to create and maintain production, work, and shipment schedules, and to forecast capacity for continuous flow in a metal fabrication setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing/production planning or ERP usage, strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven ability to drive lean improvements; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of experience is preferred, US work authorization required.

• Maintain production capacity schedule and forecast.
• Prioritize work orders to optimize resources.
• Confer with department supervisors on progress and dates.
• Assist in solving production problems.
• Interact with shop floor management to improve efficiencies.
• Provide information to Manufacturing and Project Managers.
• Compile status and performance reports for management.
