Job summary

Midwest Precision is seeking a Manufacturing Sales and Customer Service Manager in Eastlake, OH. You will lead the sales and customer service team, nurture customer relationships, and coordinate with Operations to deliver on commitments.

You will drive quotations, pricing discussions, and order management while ensuring clear communication across Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and Quality. A strong regulatory and precision-manufacturing background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales and customer service team
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer relationships, concerns, and escalations
• Oversee timely, accurate responses to customer inquiries, orders, and requests for quotations

• Support contract reviews and ensure customer requirements are communicated to the appropriate teams
• Represent Midwest Precision professionally in customer meetings and business reviews

About Midwest Precision

We are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Manager to strengthen customer relationships, lead day-to-day customer support, and coordinate closely with our operations teams. The right person will understand both the customer’s priorities and what it takes to deliver in a precision-manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

Required Qualifications

Experience using ERP and CRM systems and Microsoft Office

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Experience with CNC machining, precision manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.

This position may involve access to export-controlled information. The selected candidate must be eligible for access in accordance with applicable export-control requirements.
