Manufacturing Recycling Process Engineer

Join to apply for the Manufacturing Recycling Process Engineer role at AZEK Exteriors.

This position will be based in Wilmington, OH, and will also support the Indianapolis, IN plant.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Work as part of the AZEK team to continually improve standards of operation.
• Run trials to validate new processes, equipment, and materials.
• Integrate Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies into projects.
• Collaborate with plant maintenance and operations to troubleshoot issues.
• Lead projects for continuous improvement of equipment and processes.
• Monitor operational efficiency metrics and recommend improvements.
• Implement safety improvements in collaboration with EHS.
• Manage small CAPEX projects.
• Train production and maintenance staff as needed.
• Assist with new project development and equipment setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-5 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Knowledge of CAD technology.

Compensation ranges from $89,500 to $107,600 annually, plus bonuses, equity, and benefits. AZEK offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), stock purchase programs, and voluntary options.
