Qualifications

• Experience at a staffing agency with 2+ years in recruiting.
• Proven ability to manage client development and candidate recruitment.
• Track record of meeting placement and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development to bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment using our tech stack including Jax ATS to match openings.
• Lead with kindness and respect in interactions.
