Job summary

MSI Express is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs, source candidates, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple manufacturing locations.

You will screen applicants, present qualified candidates to hiring managers, and help with offers while tracking metrics and maintaining candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong ability to source and engage candidates using various tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing roles and market trends.
• Experience with ATS and Workday is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Screening applicants to ensure qualifications and fit; schedule initial interviews.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with summaries and feedback.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
• Assist with creation and extension of job offers, including salary details.
• Track progress with recruitment metrics and keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain candidate relationships for a positive experience throughout.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with policies and reporting requirements.
