Job summary

Pivot Group Network is seeking a Quoting Specialist in Ludington, MI to prepare quotes for custom and standard products. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and production to gather data, analyze specifications, and retrieve cost data from ERP/MRP systems to generate pricing.

The role requires 3+ years in quoting/estimating within manufacturing, strong math skills, and proficiency with Excel. You will negotiate terms with customers and maintain pricing databases to drive cost

Qualifications

3+ years experience in a quoting or estimating role within manufacturing.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Strong mathematical aptitude for calculating material costs, labor hours, and overhead.
Excellent written and verbal communication for interacting with sales, engineering, and customers.
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and timely quotes for custom and standard products.
