Job summary

Ford Motor Company is hiring for an engineering-focused role in its Manufacturing team. You will apply engineering principles to establish and improve processes, and lead SPC activities to ensure quality targets are met across production builds.

Ideal candidates have a background in quality engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with MSA/DOE tools. A High School Diploma or GED is required; a STEM bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in quality engineering and problem solving.
• Familiarity with 8D, DOE or root-cause tools is a plus.
• Ability to perform MSA and variability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to improve processes and products.
• Lead SPC activities and monitor quality targets across builds.
• Coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
