You will ensure technical ownership, escalate issues, and align with engineering and program management to deliver high-quality hardware. The role emphasizes process development, systemic problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration to scale additive manufacturing capabilities for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/ manufacturing/ materials field with 7+ years in complex manufacturing.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams with clear ownership and accountability.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing process development, process control, capability, qualification, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Manufacturing, Quality and Materials & Process Engineers.
• Ensure the team has the capability, tools and ownership to meet product and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement end-to-end manufacturing processes with controls, documentation, inspection and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure manufacturing processes and quality controls provide confidence to deliver conforming hardware.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Design Engineering, Operations and other functions to support success and on-time delivery.
