Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Sector is seeking a Quality Manager to join our team at the Richmond, VA facility. This leadership role owns quality across manufacturing to reduce errors, increase quality performance and reduce cost of non-conformance by guiding the quality team as an operations leadership member. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing organization.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management of people function.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and mentor quality inspectors, analysts, and engineers to meet quality objectives.
• Foster a culture of quality ownership and drive world-class quality processes.
• Participate in plant leadership communications and planning, acting on behalf of the plant manager when needed.
• Champion EQMS implementation and continuous improvement of EQMS execution.
