ManpowerGroup seeks a Technical Writer for our client in Carlsbad, CA, to support the Manufacturing Sciences department. You will prepare investigation reports, analyze production data, and work with manufacturing teams to optimize documentation formats and practices.

The role requires a science/engineering degree, experience with batch records, Lean/PPI familiarity, and solid Excel skills. You will document findings per quality standards and use ERP/QMS tools to support investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
• Experience reviewing manufacturing batch records for accuracy.
• Familiarity with Practical Process Improvement (PPI) or Lean methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities
