Job summary

Sun Pharma seeks a Technical Writer to support investigations and assist manufacturing and packaging operations on investigations, product quality complaints, and change controls.

You will participate in cross-functional investigations, drive improvements in KPIs, and assist in responses to audits, while ensuring timely closure of records and effective documentation across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or equivalent.
• Two years’ pharma experience preferred.
• Excellent communication: verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of GDP, GMP, QA documentation and audit compliance.

Responsibilities

• Close all manufacturing/packaging and QA records timely.
• Lead cross-functional investigations reviews.
• Represent Operations at cross-functional meetings.
• Work with process owners to implement procedural documentation.
• Drive KPI improvements for manufacturing and packaging.
• Assist in responses to internal, corporate or regulatory audits.
