We are seeking candidates with experience in Quality Control manufacturing of metal parts with specific applications, excluding the food industry, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals.

Ideal candidates are seeking a career with growth opportunities in a team-oriented environment. The role requires overtime during busy periods, testing and inspecting products at various stages of production, and compiling data to ensure product quality and reliability.

Job requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems.
• Ability to read machine dial gauges, blueprints, and use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Exposure to high noise levels, oils, and cutting fluids in a large manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include selecting products for testing, conducting various quality tests (dimensions, performance, mechanical, electrical, chemical), recording data, analyzing inspection data using SPC software, and setting up and operating CMM, Keyence, and OGP programs for new launches, prototypes, and tooling.
