Lozier Corporation seeks a Quality Technician to ensure product quality across incoming materials, in-process items, and finished goods. You will perform inspections, testing, and documentation to verify adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and experience with CAPA and quality systems. The role collaborates with production and engineering, with opportunities for growth and development within Lozier.

Formación

• Associate degree in quality management, quality assurance, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing and/or engineering role within a manufacturing environment if non-degreed.
• Proficiency with inspection/testing equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100; SPC and CAPA experience.
• Excellent attention to detail; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct routine inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality issues; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate quality issues and perform CAPA to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Calibrate and maintain inspection and testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Work with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements.
• Provide training and support on quality control procedures to production staff.
• Assist in internal and external quality audits.
