The Toro Company in Shakopee, MN is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to design and implement robust quality controls and lead root-cause/corrective actions with independence. You will collaborate with production to drive efficiency and product quality while supporting PPAP/NPA readiness.
The role requires knowledge of PFMEA, gauge R&R, and process validation; expects communication skills to present risk/status to stakeholders and coach shop staff on best practices.

The Manufacturing Quality Engineer designs and implements robust quality controls with growing independence. Leads routine root-cause/corrective actions (RCCA), conducts capability and validation studies, collaborates with production to drive efficiency and product quality, and supports PPAP/NPA readiness.
