Job summary

Atlantic Constructors is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to develop, implement, and improve quality systems across production. You will work with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams to prevent defects, ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met, and support ISO 9001 compliance in modular fabrication and welding operations.

The role emphasizes statistical analysis, process validation, and continuous improvement, with responsibilities across PFMEA, control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline related to quality/manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing quality experience.
• Experience developing PFMEAs and Control Plans.
• Experience reviewing engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with statistical analysis and process capability studies.
• Experience participating in root cause investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of PFMEA.
• Develop and maintain Control Plans and inspection strategies.
• Identify manufacturing and assembly risks before production release.
• Support APQP-style planning activities where applicable.
• Evaluate process changes for quality impact.
• Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions.
