Ultimate Staffing is assisting a growing technology manufacturer in Concord, MA to hire a Manufacturing & Quality Engineer. You will support production, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and drive operational excellence.

The role is a direct-hire, on-site position with a salary range of $120,000–$130,000 and a comprehensive benefits package. You will partner with engineering and operations to troubleshoot quality issues and implement process improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering.
• 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related experience.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

Our client, a growing technology manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing & Quality Engineer to support production, quality, continuous improvement, and process optimization efforts. This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with engineering and operations teams to improve manufacturing efficiency, troubleshoot quality issues, and drive operational excellence.
