Job summary

Roto North America in Chester, CT seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead quality processes, ensure product conformance, and drive continuous improvement. You will oversee inspection, NCR handling, and data reporting in SAP, while guiding a manufacturing quality team.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in manufacturing QA, and proficiency in SAP and Excel. Travel up to 10% is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Quality Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in quality management within manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000 policies and procedures.
• Able to interpret quality data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incoming inspection for raw materials and finished goods.
• Establish and enforce inspection protocols and acceptance criteria.
• Lead the development and maintenance of quality records and documentation.
• Manage workflow and traceability of materials in QC areas.
• Supervise first article and in-process inspections per control plans.
• Lead NCR investigations and implement corrective actions.
