Premier Global Links LLC in Fitchburg, MA is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality operations for a custom-engineered HMI products manufacturer. You will drive QMS compliance, oversee a quality team, and implement process controls across manufacturing.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive knowledge of quality systems, audits, and corrective actions, with the ability to improve product performance through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years of manufacturing quality experience with direct people-management responsibilities.
• Experience leading internal and external ISO audits and maintaining ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring ISO 9001, AS9100, and customer requirements compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Quality and Inspection Team to achieve quality objectives.
• Develop and implement Process Control Plans, PFMEAs, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage corrective and preventive actions, including CARs, SCARs, nonconformances, root cause analysis, and failure investigations.
• Oversee incoming inspections, first article inspections, and PPAP documentation.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and product documentation for new products and customer orders.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, customers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve product performance.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies.
• Coordinate quality-related engineering projects and ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met.
• Lead internal and external quality audits and support ongoing compliance with applicable standards.

The Quality Manager will lead quality operations, oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing quality experience, proven people-management skills, and expertise in quality systems, audits, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Quality and Inspection Team to achieve quality objectives and operational goals.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Flexibility to work occasional off-shift hours as needed.

Work Schedule

Full-time, on-site position in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Occasional off-shift hours may be required based on operational needs.
