Masiello Employment Services is seeking a Manufacturing Purchaser for a direct hire opportunity in Greenfield, MA. This role combines purchasing, inventory coordination, and supplier management to support manufacturing operations.

You will help drive efficiency across the organization by optimizing sourcing, monitoring stock levels, and collaborating with production and sales teams to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous purchasing or procurement experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to understand technical production documentation and material requirements.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and business software applications.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Purchase materials, supplies, and services needed to support manufacturing operations.
• Maintain supplier relationships and identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Manage purchasing transactions from order placement through delivery.
• Work closely with production, sales, and administrative teams to support business needs.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, reporting, and departmental documentation.
• Support initiatives focused on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
