Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in a Project Management role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience managing capital projects, equipment installations, process improvements, or facility upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to delivery, including product-related projects and process improvements.
• Create project plans with scope, milestones, owners, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, and customers.
• Facilitate project meetings and follow up on actions and decisions.
• Communicate progress, risks, and successes to customers in a timely manner.
• Track progress and escalate risks or issues as needed.
