Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, manufacturing operations, or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects with increasing scope and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing projects independently, owning schedules and execution plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality, Test, Production, Supply Chain and other teams.
• Develop detailed project timelines based on customer requirements and production capacity.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead routine project meetings and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
• Mentor Level 1 Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
