Job summary

Stephen Gould Corporation in Duluth, GA is seeking a Project Manager in our Sales office to oversee projects from conceptual design to manufacturing and final distribution, supporting the Sales Manager. The role requires proactive communication, strong organization, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn the internal ordering platform, perform data analysis and reporting for the team, and interact daily with clients and manufacturing partners. Travel 10-25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred + 3 years of experience.
• Associates degree + 4 years of experience.
• Personal Security Clearance preferred.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification highly preferred.
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing or prior military background highly preferred.
• 10%-25% travel is required.
• Highly preferred background in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat, PM Software (Planner, Trello, SmartSheet, Monday.com) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn the internal ordering platform and tools required for order entry and understand multiple manufacturing processes.
• Be responsible for data analysis and reporting for the team.
• Interact daily with clients and manufacturing partners/suppliers to build long-term relationships.
• Identify areas for improvement within processes and procedures.
• Drive best practices through feedback to partners and clients and receive feedback as well.
• Oversee daily requests from Sales Manager, Office Manager and Clients; maintain independence, organization, detail orientation and motivation.
